On Family Day I took a trip to The Model Railroad Club of Toronto’s open house, which happens yearly. I’ve been wanting to check out the show for a couple years and see tiny trains and sets and the passions of a group of 50+ men who do this as a hobby, building, renovating, painting and using iPads to send the trains on various missions.
The club has moved from Liberty Village to a new space on Curity Ave and the process of rebuilding is ongoing.
Also check out a trip to an intensely 1970s styled cottage here. I miss summer.
